Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human aminopeptidase A is a cell surface differentiation-related glycoprotein of 160 kD expressed by epithelial cells of the glomerulus and proximal tubules of the human kidney and in the majority of renal cell carcinomas. Expression of aminopeptidase A by cultured renal cell carcinomas correlated with the resistance of these cells to the antiproliferative effects of alpha interferon.
ENPEP Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
ENPEP Antibody western blot of NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The ENPEP antibody detected the ENPEP protein (arrow).
ENPEP Antibody flow cytometry of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
