Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone PAL-E] (IgG2a) to Human Endothelium
Human, Goat, Pig, Rabbit
IHC - Frozen, Immunofluorescence
Human, Goat, Pig, Rabbit (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a Monoclonal [PAL-E]
IHC - Frozen (1:10 - 1:20)
Immunofluorescence (1:5 - 1:20)
Specificity and Use
Reacts with an antigen associated with venous endothelial cells. Preferentially stains endothelial cells in medium and small veins, venules and capillaries in all organs. Negative, or weak staining is observed in large veins, arterioles and arteries. Lymphatic endothelium is also negative.
Tissue culture supernatant, 0.09% sodium azide
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C; Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
