Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Endothelium antibody was raised against endothelium.
Recognized the human Endothelium. Stains all human blood vessels including brain microvessels. Both large and small vessels are equally reactive. Strongly stains murine fibroblasts transfected with the human CD31 gene. On surface-iodinated Jurkat T cells, recognizes the 130kD CD31 antigen. No other structures in the skin, heart, kidney, tonsils or spleen are stained. Species cross-reactivity: Guinea-pig, feline. Does not react with rabbit, bovine, sheep, dog, rat or mice endothelial cells.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 1:20 works well on acetone fixed or unfixed cryostat sections, and periodate/lysine/paraformaldehyde-fixed sections, in which membrane antigens and the structures of vessels and adjacent tissues are optimally preserved.
PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
