Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
Crude calmodulin-binding proteins from Trypanosoma brucei isolated using calmodulin-affinity chromatography.
Recognizes EF-1a (Elongation factor-1a) at 53kD. 38kD protein occasionally detected in A431 cell lysate. Species cross-reactivity: Trypanosomes, yeast and mammals.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) Gt xMo secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitated EF-1 a from an A431 RIPA cell lysate.
0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
