Specificity
Recognizes endogenous levels of human 4E-BP1 only when phosphorylated at Thr37 and/or Thr46. This antibody may cross-react with 4E-BP2 and 4E-BP3 when phosphorylated at analagous sites. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1%. Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Flow Cytometry: 1:400. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
