EGR2 antibody LS-B3255 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to EGR2 from human, bovine, dog and other species. Validated for IHC, Peptide-ELISA and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.
About EGR2
EGR2 is a transcription factor with three tandem C2H2-type zinc fingers. Defects in this gene are associated with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1D (CMT1D), Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 4E (CMT4E), and with Dejerine-Sottas syndrome (DSS). Multiple transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene. P11161 NM_000399 NP_000390.2

Usage
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3255 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3255 was determined to be 3.75 ug/ml.
