Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Cellular oxygen sensor that catalyzes, under normoxic conditions, the post-translational formation of 4-hydroxyproline in hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) alpha proteins. Hydroxylates a specific proline found in each of the oxygen-dependent degradation (ODD) domains (N-terminal, NODD, and C-terminal, CODD) of HIF1A. Also hydroxylates HIF2A. Has a preference for the CODD site for both HIF1A and HIF2A. Hydroxylation on the NODD site by EGLN3 appears to require prior hydroxylation on the CODD site.
HIF Prolyl Hydroxylase 3 Antibody (EG188e/d5) - IHC of HIF Prolyl Hydroxylase 3 in human renal cancer using DAB with hematoxylin counterstain. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
HIF Prolyl Hydroxylase 3 Antibody (EG188e/d5) - Western blot of HIF Prolyl Hydroxylase 3 in Lane 1: Cobalt chloride treated COS-7 nuclear extracts and Lane 2: Untreated COS-7 nuclear extracts. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
