Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Bat, Dog, Hamster, Horse, Rabbit (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:16000) & (1 - 3 µg/ml)
IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
ECaC / TRPV5 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-SHRGWEILRQNT from an internal region of human TRPV5 (NP_062815.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Panda, Dog, Bat, Horse, Rabbit (92%); Bovine (83%).
LS-E26703 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C55634. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Constitutively active calcium selective cation channel thought to be involved in Ca2+ reabsorption in kidney and intestine. The channel is activated by low internal calcium level and the current exhibits an inward rectification. A Ca2+-dependent feedback regulation includes fast channel inactivation and slow current decay. Heteromeric assembly with TRPV6 seems to modify channel properties. TRPV5-TRPV6 heteromultimeric concatemers exhibit voltage-dependent gating.
