Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen, Immunoprecipitation
Epstein-Barr Virus EBV Early Nuclear Antigen
Epstein-Barr Virus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [1108-1]

IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Immunoprecipitated EBV early antigens.
Recognizes a 55;50 kilodalton polypeptide associated with the early antigen of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). p55 has been shown to be a phosphoprotein and p55;50 has strong DNAbindingactivity preferentially to single-stranded DNA.
For use with paraformaldehyde/acetonefixed cell preparations. Chemically induced Raji cells may be used as a positive control.
PBS with 0.05% sodium azide.
For research use only.
About EBV Early Nuclear Antigen
Epstein–Barr virus (EBV), also called human herpesvirus 4 (HHV-4), is one of eight viruses in the herpes family, and is one of the most common viruses in humans. It is best known as the cause of infectious mononucleosis (glandular fever). It is also associated with particular forms of cancer, such as Hodgkin's lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and conditions associated with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), such as hairy leukoplakia and central nervous system lymphomas.
