Specificity
Recognizes all 'O' and 'K' antigenic serotypes of Escherichia coli. Antiserum is unabsorbed and does cross-react with related Enterobacteriaceae. Will remove E. coli proteins from recombinant preparations.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA: 1:100-1:500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
PBS, pH 7.2, 10 mg/ml BSA, 0.002% Thimerosal. No stabilizing proteins have been added.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
