Many 'O' and 'K' antigenic serotypes of Escherichia coli. Antiserum is unabsorbed and does cross-react with related Enterobacteriaceae.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Fluorescence Microscopy, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. It is also suitable for Conjugation purposes. Indirect IFA vs. serotypes O157: H7, O20, O125, O55, O111 & K12: >1:1600. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
