Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
DYKDDDDK Tag antibody was raised against fLAG epitope tag peptide DYKDDDDK (Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys) conjugated to KLH using maleimide. Residues of glycine and cysteine were added to the carboxy terminal end to facilitate coupling.
Recognizes the FLAG epitope tag fused to the amino-terminus of targeted proteins. Reacts with all amino-terminal FLAG tagged proteins so far tested. No reactivity is seen against fusion proteins containing the FLAG epitope tag at the carboxy-terminus. In western blotting of bacterial extracts the antibody does not cross-react with endogenous proteins.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide. No stabilizing proteins added.
