Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 76+30kD bands observed in Porcine MII Oocytes lysates (calculated MW of 75.5kD according to XP_003127548.3). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
