Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

DTNB Antibody, Beta-dystrobrevin Antibody, Dystrobrevin beta Antibody, Dystrobrevin, beta Antibody, DTN-B Antibody, Dystrobrevin b dtn-b1 Antibody

DTNB / Dystrobrevin Beta encodes dystrobrevin beta, a component of the dystrophin-associated protein complex (DPC). The DPC consists of dystrophin and several integral and peripheral membrane proteins, including dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins and dystrobrevin alpha and beta. The DPC localizes to the sarcolemma and its disruption is associated with various forms of muscular dystrophy. Dystrobrevin beta is thought to interact with syntrophin and the DP71 short form of dystrophin.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human prostate tissue using anti-DTNB mouse monoclonal antibody.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human endometrium tissue using anti-DTNB mouse monoclonal antibody.

Western blot

Western blot
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY DTNB (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-DTNB.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-DTNB antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
