  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About DTL / CDT2

Q9NZJ0 NM_016448 NP_057532.3

DTL Antibody, Denticleless protein homolog Antibody, CDT2 Antibody, DCAF2 Antibody, CDW1 Antibody, Denticleless homolog Antibody, L2DTL Antibody, RAMP Antibody

Substrate-specific adapter of a DCX (DDB1-CUL4-X-box) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex required for cell cycle control, DNA damage response and translesion DNA synthesis. The DCX(DTL) complex, also named CRL4(CDT2) complex, mediates the polyubiquitination and subsequent degradation of CDT1, CDKN1A/p21(CIP1) and SETD8. CDT1 degradation in response to DNA damage is necessary to ensure proper cell cycle regulation of DNA replication.

Western blot

Western blot
DTL Antibody western blot of mouse spleen tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). The DTL antibody detected the DTL protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
DTL Antibody flow cytometry of HeLa cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
