Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 (ECL). Recommend loading ~100-400 ug membrane protein/lane to visualize the receptor band. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
