Specificity
Recognizes dopamine receptor D1a. No significant sequence homology with other dopamine receptors (D1B, D2-D5). Species sequence Homology: Human: 88% (8/9aa); porcine: 77% (7/9aa).

- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Detects 2 proteins of 50 and 75kD in solubilized hippocampal membranes. The 75kD band was not visible in striatum. ~100-400 ug protein/lane should be loaded to visualize the 75kD band. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml of Control Peptide.
