  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

This DRP-2 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 463-492 amino acids from human DRP-2.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3616 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working dilution for LS-B3616 was determined to be 1:200. Please note that we do not recommend the use of mouse antibodies with mouse tissues in IHC due to the likelihood of high background.

Ascites, 0.9% sodium azide.
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

About DPYSL2 / CRMP2

Q16555 NM_001386 NP_001377.1

DPYSL2 Antibody, CRMP2 Antibody, CRMP-2 Antibody, DHPRP2 Antibody, Dihydropyrimidinase-like 2 Antibody, DRP-2 Antibody, N2A3 Antibody, ULIP2 Antibody, ULIP-2 Antibody, Unc-33-like phosphoprotein 2 Antibody

DPYSL2 / CRMP2 is a member of the collapsin response mediator protein family. Collapsin response mediator proteins form homo- and hetero-tetramers and facilitate neuron guidance, growth and polarity. The encoded protein promotes microtubule assembly and is required for Sema3A-mediated growth cone collapse, and also plays a role in synaptic signaling through interactions with calcium channels.

Anti-CRMP-2 antibody IHC of human testis. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3616 dilution 1:200.

Anti-CRMP-2 antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3616 dilution 1:200.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from mouse NIH/3T3 cell line, using DRP-2 Antibody(33CT11. 7. 6). 33CT11. 7. 6 was diluted at 1:2000. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug.
