Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:20. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections. Alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline-phosphatase (APAAP), or peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP), or the three stage immunoperoxidase technique on acetone-fixed cryostat section is recommended.
