Recognizes D2S Dopamine Receptor (239-246) and the reactivity of D2S Dopamine Receptor is 50%. Does not react to D2L Dopamine Receptor, D1 Dopamine Receptor (9-21), D1 Dopamine Receptor, D3 Dopamine Receptor (2-10), D3 Dopamine Receptor, D4 Dopamine Receptor (176-185), D4 Dopamine Receptor, D5 Dopamine Receptor (23-35) and D5 Dopamine Receptor. Highly specific for this peptide sequence and is suitable for immunocytochemical and Western Blot detection of the D2S dopamine receptor.
