Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to an amino acid sequence within dynamin which includes phosphorylated Ser 778.

Specificity
Specific for Dynamin when phosphorylated at serine 778. The specificity of this antibody has been shown by blocking studies in Western blotting, whereby staining was blocked by the phosphopeptide. No blocking was seen by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide. Species cross Reactivity: Human, mouse & rat (100% identity immunogen sequence).
