Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Delipidated and defibrinated followed by ammonium sulfate precipitation
Specificity and Use
DNA ds antibody was raised against derived from donor human serum.
Recognizes human ds-DNA. Exhibits strong positive reaction in an anti-dsDNA ELISA system. Shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified Ro/SS-A, La/SS-B, Sm, nRNP, Scl-70, ssDNA and Jo-1 antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect IgG antibody. Negative for ssDNA in RIA.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA. ELISA: 1:100.
Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4, 0.02% sodium azide
2,000 µl Sterile ddH2O
Store at -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
For research use only.
About DNA ds
Double stranded DNA is the genetic material of all cells and many viruses.
