Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue) and Dot blot on nitrocellulose membrane (after baking at 70?C). Immunohistochemistry: 1:10 with PBS, pH 7.4; Incubation Time 1hr at RT.
