Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

DLL1 antibody was raised against mouse DLL1
This HMD1-5 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and transfected cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, contains stabilizer if necessary
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Acts as a ligand for Notch receptors. Blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of CD8+CD11c+ C57Bl/6 splenocytes with 0.125 ug of PE Armenian Hamster IgG isotype control (blue histogram) or 0.125 ug of PE anti-mouse Dll1 (delta-like 1) (purple histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
