Specifications

Description
DLL1 antibody LS-B72 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to DLL1 from mouse. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB. Cited in 5 publications.
Target
Mouse DLL1
Synonyms
DLL1 | Delta-like 1 (Drosophila) | Delta (Drosophila)-like 1 | Drosophila Delta homolog 1 | Delta-like protein 1 | Delta1 | H-Delta-1 | DL1 | Npa
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Mouse, Human, Rat, Chicken (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Clonality
IgG Polyclonal
Conjugations
Unconjugated
Purification
Affinity purified
Modifications

Immunogen
This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region near amino acids 150-175 of Mouse DELTA-1.  Swiss Prot accession Q61483.
Specificity
The antibody detects DELTA-1 from mouse. Activity against Delta-1 from other species has not been determined but is expected based on sequence homology. Expected to cross-react with rat, human and chicken.
Applications
  • IHC
  • IHC - Paraffin (10 µg/ml)
  • Western blot (1:100 - 1:1000)
  • ELISA (1:3000 - 1:12000)

Usage
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B72 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B72 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.
Presentation
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
