Specificity
Detects a ~100kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of PSD-95 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat and bovine. A molecular mass band of ~75kD is also present in rat brain and mouse brain tissue extracts.
