Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (5 µg/ml)
Western blot (0.03 - 0.1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
DKK3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-AAAALLGGEEI from the C-terminus of human DKK3 (NP_037385.2; NP_056965.3; NP_001018067.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon (100%); Monkey, Marmoset (91%); Bat, Paramecium (82%).
LS-E25318 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B4434. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human DKK3. NP_037385.2; NP_056965.3 and NP_001018067.1 are varients of the same protein.
Antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6. DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero-posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease.
