Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Dipeptidyl Peptidase 3 / DPP3 is a protein that is a member of the M49 family of metallopeptidases. This cytoplasmic protein binds a single zinc ion with its zinc-binding motif (HELLGH) and has post-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity, cleaving Xaa-Pro dipeptides from the N-termini of proteins. Increased activity of this protein is associated with endometrial and ovarian cancers. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
DPP3 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human uterus tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of DPP3 Antibody with HeLa cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
DPP3 Antibody western blot of HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The DPP3 antibody detected the DPP3 protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
DPP3 Antibody flow cytometry of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
