Usage
Smac antibody can be used for detection of Smac/DIABLO by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Smac antibody can also be used to detect Smac/DIABLO by immunohistochemistry at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 26 kDa Observed: 25 kDa
