Usage
Suitable for ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (Blood derived monocytes): 25 ug/ml. Add 10 ul to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction not exceeding 200ul. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1 ng/ml for recombinant human DEC-205.
