  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About DDIT3 / CHOP

P35638 NM_004083 NP_004074.2

DDIT3 Antibody, CHOP10 Antibody, DDIT-3 Antibody, CHOP Antibody, GADD153 Antibody, C/EBP zeta Antibody, C/EBP-homologous protein Antibody, C/EBP-homologous protein 10 Antibody, CHOP-10 Antibody

Multifunctional transcription factor in ER stress response. Plays an essential role in the response to a wide variety of cell stresses and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in response to ER stress. Plays a dual role both as an inhibitor of CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein (C/EBP) function and as an activator of other genes.

Fluorescent image of HeLa cell stained with DDIT3 Antibody (C-term A135). HeLa cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with DDIT3 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). DDIT3 immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm significantly.

Western blot

Western blot
DDIT3 Antibody (C-term A135) western blot of mouse testis tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). The DDIT3 antibody detected the DDIT3 protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
DDIT3 Antibody (C-term A135) flow cytometry of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
