Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 45kD band observed in Mouse fetal Brain lysates (calculated MW of 49.3kD according to Human NP_000546.2 and 40.6kD according to Human NP_835365.1 and Mouse NP_001103692.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 ug/ml.
