  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

DCTPP1 Antibody, DCTPase 1 Antibody, CDA03 Antibody, DCTP pyrophosphatase 1 Antibody, RS21C6 Antibody, XTP3TPA Antibody, XTP3-transactivated protein A Antibody, Deoxycytidine-triphosphatase 1 Antibody

Hydrolyzes deoxynucleoside triphosphates (dNTPs) to the corresponding nucleoside monophosphates. Has a strong preference for modified dCTP. Activity is highest with 5-iodo-dCTP, followed by 5-bromo-dCTP, unmodified dCTP, 5-methyl-dCTP and 5-chloro-dCTP. Hydrolyzes 2-chloro-dATP and 2-hydroxy-dATP with lower efficiency, and has even lower activity with unmodified dATP, dTTP and dUTP (in vitro). Does not hydrolyze ATP, UTP, ITP, GTP, dADP, dCDP or dGTP.

DCTPP1 / XTP3TPA antibody LS-C80880 was used in IHC to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human kidney. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.

Western blot

Western blot
Lane A: Marker. Lane B: HepG2 cell lysate. Antibody concentration: 0.5 ug/ml. Gel concentration: 12%. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
