DAP Kinase 2 antibody LS-B556 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to DAP Kinase 2 (DAPK2) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A peptide corresponding to amino acids near the C-Terminus of human DAPK2. This antigenic peptide is identical to the corresponding amino acids of mouse origin (1,2). The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of DAPK2.
Specificity
DAPK2 has no cross responses to DAPK1.

Usage
DAPK2 antibody can be used for detection of DAPK2 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. An approximately 42 kDa band can be detected. DAPK2 has no cross responses to DAPK1. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human, mouse, and rat samples and Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 42 kDa
