Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Goat Polyclonal (IgG) to Rabbit Cytochrome P450 CYP1A1/2
Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA
Rabbit Cytochrome P450 CYP1A1/2
Rabbit, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:50)
Specificity and Use
Purified rabbit CYP450 1A1/1A2.
Recognizes both forms in liver microsomes prepared from rabbits or rats that were induced to express multiple forms of P450.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:50 dilution will yield a positive result with 0.2 ug of recombinant human cytochrome P450 1A1 and/or 1A2 using HRP-conjugated rabbit antigoat antibodies according to the manufacturer's instructions. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
