Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 5ug/mL. Western Blot (ECL): 1:200. A band can be seen at ~37kD representing the processed form of CYR61 protein. Positive control: MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lysate.
