Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
POR Antibody, CPR Antibody, CYPOR Antibody, p450R Antibody
CYPOR / POR is an endoplasmic reticulum membrane oxidoreductase with an FAD-binding domain and a flavodoxin-like domain. The protein binds two cofactors, FAD and FMN, which allow it to donate electrons directly from NADPH to all microsomal P450 enzymes. Mutations in this gene have been associated with various diseases, including apparent combined P450C17 and P450C21 deficiency, amenorrhea and disordered steroidogenesis, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Antley-Bixler syndrome.
IHC of paraffin-embedded prostate tissue using anti-POR mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded endometrium tissue using anti-POR mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded pancreas tissue using anti-POR mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of colon tissue using anti-POR mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY POR (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-POR.
HEK293T cells transfected with either pCMV6-ENTRY POR (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained with anti-POR mouse monoclonal(Dilution 1:1,000), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
