Recognizes native rat Cytochrome C, but does not recognize denatured Cytochrome C. Recognizes a region in the vicinity of aa62 of rat Cytochrome C. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse, rabbit and Drosophila. Not tested for Immunofluorescence in rabbit and Drosophila.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA (Native): 0.1-1 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 20 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation (Native): 15 ug (for extract from ~1E6 cells). Positive control: HeLa, Rat6.
