Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. Sandwich ELISA: Recombinant protein. Western Blot: Transfected lysate, Recombinant protein. For IP 40 ug of antibody per 100 ul of protein A magnetic beads at 50 ug/ml.
