Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 150 mM sodium chloride, 1 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, 50% glycerol, 10 mg/ml BSA, 0.01% sodium azide.
