  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CXCR5 antibody was raised against recombinant corresponding to mouse CXCR5 expressed in E. coli (Q04683)
Mouse CXCR5.
Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug per 10e6 cells; Mouse splenocytes werestained with catalog #LS-C143773 followed by PerCP-conjugatedanti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 secondary antibody and a mouseB220/CD45R PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody.Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml; CXCR5 was detected inimmersion fixed A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line usingcatalog #LS-C143773 at 10ug/ml for 3 hours at roomtemperature. Cells were stained using the fluorescent-conjugatedanti-Rat IgG secondary antibody and counterstained with DAPI.Staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

About CXCR5

P32302 NM_001716 NP_001707.1

CXCR5 Antibody, CD185 antigen Antibody, CD185 Antibody, CXCR-5 Antibody, CXC-R5 Antibody, GPR9 Antibody, MDR15 Antibody, Monocyte-derived receptor 15 Antibody, Blr-1 Antibody, BLR1 Antibody, Burkitt lymphoma receptor 1 Antibody, Burkitt's lymphoma receptor 1 Antibody, MDR-15 Antibody

CXCR5, a Chemokine Receptor, also called Burkitt's lymphoma receptor 1, is required for normal development of Peyer's patches, inguinal lymph nodes, and splenic follicles. CXCR5 binds B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC) and is involved in B-cell homing to follicles in lymph nodes and spleen. Two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
