  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

E.coli derived recombinant Human GROgamma.
Human GROgamma
Immunohistochemistry: This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human colon/rectum adenocarcinoma. The recommended concentration is 0.7 mg/ml-0.5mg/ml with an overnight incubation at 4°C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6 sodium citrate buffer is recommended. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND] of the biological activity of Human GRO-gamma (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml of this antibody is required. ELISA: To detect Human GRO-gamma by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-Human GRO-gamma (LS-C104834) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human GRO-gamma. Western Blot: To detect Human GRO-gamma by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human GRO-gamma is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2

About CXCL3 / GRO Gamma

P19876 NM_002090 NP_002081.2

CXCL3 Antibody, C-X-C motif chemokine 3 Antibody, GRO3 oncogene Antibody, Growth-regulated protein gamma Antibody, GRO3 Antibody, GRO-gamma Antibody, GRO-gamma(1-73) Antibody, MGSA gamma Antibody, MIP2B Antibody, MIP-2b Antibody, MIP2-beta Antibody, CINC-2b Antibody, GROg Antibody, SCYB3 Antibody, Small inducible cytokine b3 Antibody

Ligand for CXCR2 By similarity. Has chemotactic activity for neutrophils. May play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. In vitro, the processed form GRO-gamma(5-73) shows a fivefold higher chemotactic activity for neutrophilic granulocytes.
