Usage
Suitable for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using an goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 1-2 ug/ml shows positive immunostaining for CAR in HeLa cells, hCAR transfected CHO cells, but not in untransfected CHO cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton-X. Positive control: Lung tissue.
