Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
CUL7 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide, mapping to a region between residue 1650 and the C-terminus (residue 1698) of human Cullin homolog 7 using the numbering given in SwissProt entry Q14999 (GeneID 9820).
Specific for human Cul7 protein. Species cross-reactivity: Human and mouse. Other species have not been tested.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunoprecipitation.
Core component of the 3M and Cul7-RING(FBXW8) complexes, which mediates the ubiquitination of target proteins. Core component of the 3M complex, a complex required to regulate microtubule dynamics and genome integrity. It is unclear how the 3M complex regulates microtubules, it could act by controlling the level of a microtubule stabilizer (PubMed:24793695). Interaction with CUL9 is required to inhibit CUL9 activity and ubiquitination of BIRC5 (PubMed:24793696).
