Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular CTNND1 / p120 Catenin Products

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human mammary cancer tissue.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Immunohistochemical analysis of Catenin delta 1 (pY228) staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Monkey, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human breast tissue using anti-CTNND1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 120°C for 3min).
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Human Placenta: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE)
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Guinea pig, Horse, Pig, Rabbit
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
