Fusion protein corresponding to residues 1-100 of human beta-catenin with a C-Terminus histidine tag. Epitope: Corresponds to aa 36-44 (HSGATTTAP) of human beta-catenin, Mr 92kD.
Specificity
Recognizes the active form of human beta-catenin, dephosphorylated on Ser37 and Thr41. Non-specific proteins, Mr 65kD and 148kD, were also detected. Species cross-reactivity: mouse and rat. Does not cross-react with Drosophila. Species sequence Homology: mouse and rat: 100%; porcine: 99/100aa; frog and chicken: 97/100aa; zebrafish: 91/100aa.
