Specificity
Recognizes the active form of human beta-catenin, dephosphorylated on Ser37 and Thr41. Non-specific proteins, Mr 65kD and 148kD, were also detected. Species cross-reactivity: mouse and rat. Does not cross-react with Drosophila. Species sequence Homology: mouse and rat: 100%; porcine: 99/100aa; frog and chicken: 97/100aa; zebrafish: 91/100aa.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Presentation
0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 15 mM sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol. Also available without sodium azide. See C2069-47A
Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
