Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunofluorescence: Acetone-fixed cells. Immunocytochemistry: Methanol and paraformaldehyde-fixed cells, followed by permeabilization in 0.2% Triton X-100 for 2 min. Immunohistochemistry: 1:12.5-1:100; Avidin-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase complex (ABC) as detection reagent. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500.
