Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: 1 ug/ml; Reported to immunostain 4% paraformaldehyde fixed adult rat brain sections.
