Usage
ELISA Capture: Useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human G-CSF protein levels.1, 2 Purified antibody should be paired with biotinylated antibody (Cat. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. A concentration of 1-5 ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human G-CSF under reducing conditions.

100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.0. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added.
Storage
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
